Rubbertech have been manufacturing high precision rubber mouldings for Instrumentation and other Electronics Devices for over 25 years.

Our primary mouldings for these products have been silicone keypads, seals, cable grommet and other assembly mouldings.

Mouldings for instrumentation are subject to the same high quality requirements expected from other industries and for silicone keypads the quality standards are often even greater as these are the direct interface between the user and the device. We always take into consideration the environment that the end products will be used in as this determines the materials we recommend, for all keypads we would use silicone rubber due to the many finish options this allows and for seals, gasket and grommets we can use silicone, EPDM, Nitrile, Viton and many other materials to ensure the best performance.

All of our processes are closely monitored to ensure the highest standards possible are achieved and we can also accommodate customer specific packaging requirements so minimal handling is required at customer assembly stage.
