Improved spraying facilities

As part of Rubbertech’s commitment to increasing production in our UK factory, we have recently invested in a new and improved spraying area.

The investment more than doubles oven curing capacity and with an additional spraying area we can also double the spraying process when required.

Spraying is a critical process in production of rubber keypads, we spray all our keypads with protective coatings to ensure the printed legends do not wear over time, hard silicone spray, gloss spray and PU spray coatings are all options we can offer.

Many keypads that require legends to be backlit also require colour spray coatings before being moved in the laser etching area for the legends to be etched through the ink layers. With the new laser etching area now in operation the spraying requirements will be increased and with the new investment we can be sure that we have enough capacity to effectively satisfy customer requirements.
